SB 1075 (Skinner) Green Hydrogen: Emissions of Greenhouse Gases – Request for Signature

Dear Governor Newsom:

On behalf of the California Environmental Justice League, I resepctfully request your signature on Senate Bill 1075 (Skinner).

This bill will require the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), and the California Energy Commission (CEC) to incorporate hydrogen into its decarbonization strategies, including requiring the CEC to develop a definition for “renewable hydrogen.”
